Application forms will be posted online on or before July 15, and applicants with questions can submit them via email to the department by July 26. The most commonly asked questions will be answered during a pre-application webinar on August 2, after which applicants have under three weeks to submit their completed applications.
Dispensary applications are due August 21 by 3 p.m., and cultivation and vertically integrated applications are due August 22 by 3 p.m.
Each applicant must submit a $2,000 and an $18,000 check with their application. The latter will only be processed for application winners.
