honored Lyle Strain, a longtime business owner, as its member of the year. Strain accepts his award from Tony Gaglia, the Chamber’s 2003 member of the year at the Chamber’s annual installation dinner at Madeline¹s in Bound Brook. For the past 20 years, Strain has run I&P Water Systems, a provider of water services for wells, pumps and tanks in Bound Brook, and Alton Industries, a plumbing business in Bound Brook.
