After years of coordinating operations to benefit clients, Mercer Oak Realty and Princeton Property Management recently announced they would take the name of their affiliate, Princeton Property Partners.
According to an Oct. 14 statement from CEO Aubrey Haines, the Mercer Oak brand has served commercial brokerage clients in the region for more than 20 years.
“In that time, we have created sister companies Princeton Property Partners and Princeton Property Management to invest and develop in projects in downtown Princeton and to manage and construct commercial and residential properties around the Princeton Region,” he said in the statement. “Rebranding the names of our entities to Princeton Property Partners recognizes our dedication to bring a full range of services to our clients under one roof.”
President Sab Russo added that the company has already acted as one unit — now, the name change reflects that.
“The commercial real estate world is continually reinventing itself,” he said. “We are doing the same to stay ahead of market trends.”
Strategic brand marketing and advertising agency StimulusBrand Communications of Ewing was enlisted to develop new positioning around the Princeton Property Partners name, and all new brand imagery. The company debuted an updated tagline – “Where you want to be” – along with additional marketing initiates, including a new website, property signage, sales collateral, presentations, print and digital advertising, public relations, social media, and more.
Princeton Property Partners has offices in Ewing and Princeton and has operated as a brokerage for more than 20 years, closing over $2.2 billion in commercial real estate transactions in the region, across the U.S. and in Europe. According to the company, it manages commercial assets in downtown Princeton in addition to more than 250,000 square feet of commercial and multifamily space in the region.
