NAI DiLeo-Bram & Co. secured a trio of leases totaling nearly 33,000 square feet at the Metroplex Corporate Center in Edison.
Executive Vice President Robert Dinner represented the landlord, Metroplex Associates, and the tenants in the transactions, the Piscataway-based firm announced May 23.

Rutgers, The State University Behavioral Health Care Center signed a multiyear lease extension for 14,500 square feet at the Edison property.
Land surveying company DPK Consulting LLC benefitted from space that was available for sublease, according to NAI DiLeo-Bram, signing a long-term direct lease with the landlord for 9,100 square feet that was “plug and play,” including furniture, workstations and IT wiring.
Naik Group, an engineering firm that designs state, federal and public works transportation systems, renewed its 10,200-square-foot lease at Metroplex.
“I am pleased to have completed these leases at Metroplex Corporate Center,” Dinner stated. “Rutgers and Naik are long-time tenants at the property and wished to remain in their spaces. DPK was previously located in multiple office spaces within a building in Piscataway, and this new premises met the company’s business goals by allowing all of its employees to be accommodated in one location.”
In January, Dinner was part of a team that completed at 16,000-square-foot industrial lease at Highview Industrial Park in East Brunswick.
Metroplex Corporate Center is a three-building office park comprised of 264,000 square feet in close proximity to Routes 1 and 27, the Garden State Parkway and the New Jersey Turnpike. The property features new elevators and a new parking lot, and security and food services.
Jeremy Schall, the landlord’s in-house leasing representative, credited Metroplex Corporate Center’s high occupancy level — which sits at 95% — to a mix of the property’s location near the Edison Train Station, access to local employees, Dinner’s guidance, the relationships the company maintains with its tenants, and the efforts of its property management team.
