Montvale-based computer systems company Micronet Enertec has received a $1.85 million order for a mobile command & control center from an Israeli contractor, it said Friday.The company said in a news release that its Enertec Systems (2001) Ltd. subsidiary received the order for the center, designed for use in difficult terrain for the control and monitoring of advanced weapons systems.
“We are pleased to have this opportunity to work with one of our largest customers on the development and production of mobile command & control centers for missile deployment in rugged environments,” David Lucatz, CEO and president, said in a prepared statement. “This is a breakthrough project for Enertec, which could become a main growth engine for Enertec’s future.”
The company said a successful deployment of the center could lead to “significant orders” going forward.
