MPhase Technologies Signs Moscow’s NetDialogue as Distributor of its IPTV Solution

mPhase Technologies Inc., a Little Falls-based developer of telecommunication and nanotechnology products, announced that NetDialogue, the largest systems integrator in Russia, will become a distributor of the mPhaseTV System, which delivers television, high-speed Internet access and telephone service over telephone lines. (OTC BB: XDSL.OB) , a Little Falls-based developer of telecommunication and nanotechnology products, announced that NetDialogue, the largest systems integrator in Russia, will become a distributor of the mPhaseTV System, which delivers television, high-speed Internet access and telephone service over telephone lines. Under terms of the agreement, NetDialogue will market and sell mPhase TV System and provide systems integration and custom applications development as well. The companies said that they have already responded to multiple bids together and are aggressively pursuing opportunities throughout Russia and its neighboring regions. MPhase shares traded at $0.19, up $ 0.01, this afternoon.
