Mulvaney elevated to shareholder at Stevens & Lee

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Ryan Mulvaney has been elevated to shareholder at the law firm Stevens & Lee in Elmwood Park, effective Jan. 1.

Mulvaney assists clients in the financial services sector in commercial, business, corporate and employment matters before state and federal trial and appellate courts in New Jersey, New York and other jurisdictions. He has experience in class action litigation, corporate investigations, surety litigation, life and disability insurance litigation, local government law, election law and campaign finance.

Ryan Mulvaney joined Stevens & Lee last year from McElroy, Deutsch, Mulvaney & Carpenter LLP in Morristown, where he was a partner. He had been with MDMC, the firm his late father James Mulvaney co-founded in 1984, for 17 years.

Mulvaney is one of three attorneys firmwide elevated to shareholder Jan. 1. The other two, Richard Botwright and Andrew Steun, practice in Pennsylvania.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
