N.J. energy provider expands footprint in Florida with natural gas acquisition

Supreme Energy Inc., an Orange-based full-service energy provider, announced Monday that it will acquire Southern State Gas LLC, a Florida-based natural gas provider, for an undisclosed price.Under the agreement, according to a news release, Supreme Energy will acquire the entire account base of Southern State’s natural gas customers.

“We are extremely excited to bring the Supreme Energy experience to more commercial customers in the Sunshine State.” Deborah Fineman, president of Supreme Energy, said in a prepared statement. “Businesses and institutions such as restaurants, schools, and factories know they can save on their natural gas bill by choosing a supplier such as Supreme Energy. We look forward to delivering competitive rates, unique product offerings, and unparalleled customer service to all of new and existing customers.”
