NAI DiLeo-Bram & Co. announced on Aug. 10 that Senior Vice President Marc Shein recently completed a 13,640-square-foot industrial lease renewal at 92 N. Main St. in Windsor.
Shein represented the tenant, Elecnor Hawkeye, an underground utilities construction company, in this transaction.
He previously represented Elecnor Hawkeye in its original lease of the property. The company performs underground utility work and cabling for major utilities and will utilize this facility for office, warehouse, and maintenance space for its equipment and cabling materials.
“I am pleased to have once again represented Elecnor Hawkeye with its real estate objectives,” stated Shein. “The company has been a great tenant in the building for several years and wanted to remain in this centrally located part of the state so it can easily travel to all of its clients’ sites,” he added.
