NAI DiLeo-Bram & Co. announced on July 28 that a team of Vice President Richard Goski and Associate Vice President Catherine Goski of the broker’s Piscataway office recently inked the sale of two office buildings in Union County.
A 2,800-square-foot, free-standing building located at 245-249 North Ave. W. in Cranford will be used as a veterinarian practice and animal hospital on behalf of the buyers, Dr. Bohdan Kiyko and Dr. Nazar Pereymydida of Cranford PetVet.
During the pandemic many families expanded through the addition of pets, and this location was an ideal property for the practice based on its size and location. The Goskis represented the buyer, while Mark Gerlach of Metro Commercial represented the seller.
Together the Goskis also represented the seller in 1358 Morris Ave.–a 1,600-square-foot property in Union. Francisco Isern of Access Home Realty represented the buyer, who plans to also use it for a law office.
“We are seeing an uptick in small business owners looking for buildings to acquire as the state is returning to a new sense of normal. We look forward to continuing to help owners and buyers structure mutually acceptable transactions,” stated Richard Goski.
