NAI DiLeo-Bram & Co. recently completed the sale of a multi-tenanted office building in Union, the commercial real estate advisor announced on Dec. 21.
Chief Operating Officer David Simon and Associate Kyle Gerace represented the seller in the transaction for the free-standing, 10,296-square-foot building at 420 Chestnut St. in Union.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
The buyer, NAI DiLeo-Bram said, was represented by Coldwell Banker’s Moshe Shalam.
According to a statement from Simon, the team was able to find a buyer less than two weeks after the start of the marketing campaign.
“Free-standing buildings that offer employees increased safety measures are very attractive to buyers and employers since the pandemic started,” Simon said. “We are pleased to have executed this sale quickly on behalf of our client.”
The three-story property offers on-site parking and is conveniently located in proximity to the Garden State Parkway, Union’s town center and additional transportation options.
Earlier this month, NAI DiLeo-Bram announced the sale of an industrial property in Plainfield for $2.35 million.
