Princeton Plaza is getting a trio of new tenants.
NAI Fennelly announced Oct. 21 that it represented property owner Nexus Properties in the negotiation of 9,550 square feet of office leases at the center.
The firm’s Jerry Fennelly handled the deals at the four-building, 1750,000-square-foot complex with LS Solutions for 4,100 square feet, Techfields Pharma for 2,850 square feet and Princeton Lifestyle medicine for 2,600 square feet, on behalf of Nexus Properties.
Princeton Plaza is 1 mile from Princeton University and within walking distance of the Princeton Junction Train Station, in an area with varied shopping, dining and entertainment options.
NAI Fennelly said it was appointed exclusive leasing agent for the office, medical and tech complex located at 731 Alexander Road in Princeton in 2020.
According to the firm, the recent transactions underscore the independent full-service commercial real estate provider’s understanding of the Princeton market and ability to leverage its strong relationships to secure quality tenants.
