NAI Hanson exclusive agent for 382,000 square feet in Jersey City

Hackensack-based commercial real estate firm NAI James E. Hanson announced Thursday it has been named the exclusive leasing agent for 382,000 square feet at the Lackawanna Building in Jersey City. Vice President Steve Pastor and sales associate Russell Verducci are serving as exclusive leasing agents for nine units at the multi-tenant location.According to the announcement, the facility is located in Jersey City at 629 Grove Street, one block from the Holland Tunnel. The building is owned by the Lackawanna Warehouse Corporation of New Jersey II. Space availabilities range from 20,400 to 144,478 square feet. The center was constructed in 1929.
