NAI Hanson facilitates lease expansion in Saddle Brook

Solomon Page Group, a staffing and executive search firm, has extended and expanded its lease at Park 80 East, located at 160 Pehle Ave. in Saddle Brook, according to Hackensack-based commercial real estate firm NAI James E. Hanson.

Joshua Levering, NAI Hanson senior vice president, SIOR, represented Solomon in the 3,462-square-foot transaction, which was a significant expansion compared to the company’s previous lease.

“To support its growing business, Solomon Page Group desired a larger space, but wished to remain in the same building due to its excellent location, reputable ownership and high-quality amenities,” Levering said. “When the space adjacent to their current office became available, Solomon Page jumped at the opportunity to expand while remaining on the same floor.”
