NAI Hanson gets exclusive leasing rights for space in North Jersey

Commercial real estate firm NAI James E. Hanson announced Friday that it has been named the exclusive leasing agent for a 22,322-square-foot space in Teaneck.The property, located within the Glenpointe Office Centre West Complex at 500 Frank W. Burr Blvd., is part of the mixed-use Glenpointe Office Centre featuring 650,000 square feet of premier office space.

The NAI Hanson team of W. Joshua Levering, senior vice president, and Cheryl A. Bozzelli, sales associate, are currently working with HeartWare, the current tenant, to sublease the space.

“The Glenpointe Office Centre is a spectacular complex with well-maintained grounds and every amenity a tenant could ever need,” Levering said. “Located just minutes from Manhattan, the complex has easy access to all major highways and major airports. It’s really considered to be the most prestigious office and hotel complex in all of northern New Jersey.”
