NAI James E. Hanson announced it negotiated the sale of a Hackensack industrial property for new owners in pursuit of a suitable space to house luxury cars.
On Dec. 13, the full-service, independent commercial real estate firm said it represented Falcon View Global Ltd., the seller, in a transaction with buyers Noah Wrubel and William Richardson for a 4,000-square-foot specialty industrial building at 92 Kennedy St. in Hackensack.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The property offers prime visibility in Hackensack along with quick access to major roadways in the region, NAI Hanson said. It offers 10 private parking spaces, a security-monitored lot, a backup generator and an electric fence.
Inside, the building is furnished with modern, entertainment-focused amenities, including a full bar, kitchen and laundry and restroom spaces. According to NAI Hanson, the buyers recognized that the upscale finishes at the property paired with its upscale automotive offerings.
Additionally, the location offers easy access from around North Jersey.
“This deal further demonstrates our team’s demonstrated ability to construct creative marketing strategies that can find the ideal buyer for any property, no matter how unique it might be,” said Hanson’s Dominic Fittizzi, who represented the seller. “We look forward to continuing to leverage our expertise and strong relationships in this market to fill vacant space for clients and continue to ensure our clients’ needs are comprehensively met.”
Recently, NAI Hanson – established in 1955 and one of the original members of NAI Global – has also helped to bring an electrical contractor to Middlesex County and a towing service provider to Elmwood Park.
