NAI James E. Hanson, Berardi Development Co., Joe Maggio Concrete and Masonry and Sparta Mayor Molly Whilesmith celebrated the groundbreaking of 5 Aaron Way – a 10,400-square-foot industrial/flex space at the White Lake Commerce Park in Sparta in late June.

NAI Hanson’s John Schilp is the exclusive leasing broker for the brand-new building.

Being developed in a joint venture between Berardi Building Co., a Sparta-based full service general contracting firm, and Joe Maggio Concrete and Masonry, a Wantage-based masonry and concrete company, the 1.89-acre lot at 5 Aaron Way will be transformed into an adaptable flex building with 20-foot clear ceilings and eight overhead doors.

Additionally, the joint venture will begin construction shortly on the adjacent 1.89-acre lot at 7 Aaron Way to create another 10,400-square-foot industrial/flex building.

Situated only 12 miles from Interstate 80 and less than five miles from Route 206, the property’s accessibility makes it ideally suited for a wide range of industrial uses.
