NAI James E. Hanson, a leading New Jersey-based commercial real estate firm, announced Friday the $4.6 million sale of a 65,000-square-foot warehouse in Jersey City.According to the announcement, the NAI team of Tom Ryan, senior vice president, and Barry Cohorsky, vice president, represented the seller, a family investor.
Afterwards, Ryan and Cohorsky represented the property’s new owner, CenterPoint Harbor LLC, in leasing 54,000-square-foot to Iron Mountain Information Management LLC for 10 years. Financial terms were not disclosed.
“The property provided CenterPoint, which has been aggressively pursuing industrial opportunities in the port markets, with an opportunity to expand its market share,” Cohorsky said in a prepared statement. “CenterPoint has acquired nearly 3 million square feet over the past several years. The company’s strategy is validated by the signing of a long-term lease with a multinational company.”
