NAI James E. Hanson on July 19 announced it negotiated a lease for 1,433 square feet of medical office space at 120 Route 17 N. in Paramus.
NAI James E. Hanson’s Darren Lizzack, Randy Horning and David Ukleja represented the tenant, Specialty Infusion Leasing LLC, in the transaction with the landlord, MRH Real Estate Services Inc.
Situated in the heart of Bergan County, 120 Route 17 is a two-story 50,000-square-foot office building minutes from the Garden State Plaza and Paramus Park malls, as well as the Garden State Parkway, Interstate 80 and Routes 4, 17 and 208.
Recently renovated, the building boasts 96.7% occupancy and provides tenants with built-to-suit spaces, shared conference rooms and kitchens, on-site management and abundant parking.
Founded on the principle of exceptional care to patients with multiple sclerosis, Specialty Infusion is the region’s fastest-growing infusion therapy service with a vast network of clinics throughout the New York metro area. As the company hoped to open its first New Jersey office, it tapped Team Lizzack-Horning to identify a suitable space that fit its needs.
“Despite the complexities and uncertainty the COVID-19 pandemic continues to bring to the commercial real estate market and the companies currently trying to navigate it, we were once again able to tap our local contacts and expertise to provide a smooth transaction on behalf of a client with a highly specific space need in the market,” said Lizzack. “The space at 120 Route 17 provides Specialty Infusion with an accessible location designed to meet the needs of their patients as the company seeks to further expand into N.J.”
