NAI James E. Hanson helps bring Daidone Electric to Avenel

The latest deal from NAI James E. Hanson’s Lizzack-Horning team will bring an electric contractor service to Middlesex County.

On Dec. 6, the independent commercial real estate firm announced it negotiated a lease for 1,030 square feet of office space at 1030 Saint Georges Ave. in Avenel. Darren Lizzack, Randy Horning and David Ukleja represented Orchard Enclave LLC, the landlord, in the transaction with Daidone Electric Inc.

NAI James E. Hanson is the exclusive leasing agent for the 57,337-square-foot, four-story medical office building.

In operation for more than 90 years, specialty electric contractor Daidone Electric was looking for office space in proximity to the range of areas the company services.

“This deal further underscores our team’s expertise in constructing marketing strategies that take advantage of the high demand for centrally located office spaces across the state,” Lizzack said. “We look forward to continue leveraging our local expertise and strong relationships in this market to fill vacant space for clients and capitalize on the ongoing need for well-located properties.”

Situated near Routes 1, 9 and 35, 1030 Saint Georges Ave. provides prime visibility and access to several major transportation arteries along with 275 parking spaces. Current tenants at the property include a physical therapist, allergist, dentist and dermatologist, according to NAI Hanson.
