NAI James E. Hanson said March 11 it negotiated a lease for 3,741 square feet of medical office space with ChoicePoint LLC at 23-00 Route 208 in Fair Lawn. NAI James E. Hanson’s Randy Horning and Darren Lizzack represented the landlord, 2300 RT 208 LLC, in the transaction.

Located at the intersection of Route 208 and Maple Ave., the asset is a two-story, 28,000-square-foot medical office building featuring the tremendous accessibility and visibility prized by today’s medical office users.

In addition to its favorable location, it also boasts ample parking with a ratio of four spaces per 1,000 square feet and strong area demographics with access to 433,654 residents within a five-mile radius. Previously based in Saddle Brook, ChoicePoint recognized the location and adaptability of the space offered as an ideal opportunity to relocate its growing practice.
