NAI James E. Hanson negotiates two leases in Parsippany office building

NAI James E. Hanson on July 21 said it negotiated leases with RealSafe Title LLC for 4,078 square feet and with Bluebird Auto Rental Systems Inc. for 1,619 square feet of office space at 111 Littleton Road in Parsippany.

Hanson’s Josh Levering represented the landlord, Commercial Realty Group (CRG), in the transaction.

111 Littleton is a completely renovated 36,289-square-foot, Class-A, three-story office building located at the intersection of Interstate 80 and Interstate 287 in Parsippany. The asset has proximity to all major transportation arteries in Morris County.

Completed in 2020, recent improvements and renovations include a new façade, a new two-story atrium, surplus parking, new restrooms, mechanicals and fully upgraded common areas.

“It is becoming increasingly difficult for small and medium-sized office tenants to locate a modern building with smaller footprints to accommodate their specific needs. CRG took note of this trend and worked tirelessly during the building’s renovation to provide a modern hi-tech building offering turn-key solutions for tenants like RealSafe and Bluebird,” explained Levering.
