Mount Laurel-based NAI Mertz announced the brokerage team of Senior Vice President Rebecca Ting and Vice President Julie Kronfeld recently completed two leases totaling 9,620 square feet in Cooper Center and Cooper Center West in Pennsauken.
The team serves as exclusive leasing agents for the buildings owned by Cooper Park Associates LP, recording nine transactions in the past nine months.
Miller Electric Mfg. LLC, an arc welding and cutting equipment manufacturing company, leased 6,580 square feet of office space and plans to utilize this new space to offer high-tech training to welding sales professionals.
Meanwhile, iGroom, a luxury pet beauty and health company known for its natural grooming products used by grooming professionals and pet owners, committed to 3,040 square feet of office space. iGroom plans to use the office space to develop and distribute their pet grooming products.
“Cooper Center and Cooper Center West consist of six office and flex buildings located directly across from the scenic Cooper River. These buildings are ideally positioned near several southern New Jersey major highways and just four miles to the Benjamin Franklin Bridge, making this a sought-after location for office, warehouse and distribution and businesses alike,” said Ting. “An added feature is its location within an Opportunity Zone.”
The flex park is nearly 100 percent leased with remaining suites available for lease in sizes of 1,800 square feet, 3,040 square feet, 5,400 square feet and 9,000 square feet.
The Ting-Kronfeld team is on track to execute more deals at the centers to bring the buildings to a fully leased status.
