“Elias and I set out to find the best of the best, and we’re so excited to now bring Hot Chikn Kitchn to our Bergen County customers,” Elizabeth Prozer-Newman, co-owner of the Paramus Hot Chikn Kitchn and Urban Bricks, said in a Sept. 13 statement.

To celebrate its grand opening, the Paramus store will offer $5 sandwiches (up to two per guest) all day when guests show the HCK app at checkout. The celebration will kick off at 11 a.m. Sept. 17.

“We’ve lived and worked in Bergen County for many years, so we’re familiar with its fast pace and the time demands on residents,” said Elias Saban, co-owner of the Paramus restaurant. “We chose Paramus because of its strong sense of community and the broad range of businesses, schools, and much more.”

Father-and-son-team Mike and Anthony Sarago, along with chef Freddy Gilmore, founded the restaurant amid the pandemic, according to the announcement. The restaurant chain’s current locations are in Virginia, and sites will open soon in Arizona and Florida, its website states.
