“When over 25% of the physicians in the U.S. are foreigners, knowledge of immigration law is paramount and complementary to health care law in advising clients on contracts and transactional matters,” Bibet-Kalinyak said.
She joins Brach Eichler from the partnership at McDonald Hopkins LLC, where she led the immigration practice group and was a corporate M&A and compliance health care attorney. Prior to McDonald Hopkins, Bibet-Kalinyak worked as a corporate health care attorney for Brouse McDowell after in-house positions at Akron General Health System and Robinson Memorial Hospital in Ohio.

“We are proud to welcome Isabelle Bibet-Kalinyak to Brach Eichler LLC as a member,” said John Fanburg, Brach Eichler managing member. “Healthcare attorneys at this high caliber are scarce, and we are honored Isabelle will join Brach Eichler as we continue to add more depth, breadth and diversity to our healthcare practice and expand it from New Jersey to New York, Pennsylvania, Florida and well beyond. I look forward to Isabelle’s future contributions to the firm.”
