Wolf Commercial Real Estate is serving as leasing agent for a four-building office park in Mount Laurel: Fellowship Corporate Center.
Nessel acquired the Burlington County property – formerly named Liberty Walk at East Gate – in 2020.

The property – with walking paths and centered on a fountain – also includes a completely revitalized long-term corporate headquarters building, and has been institutionally owned and maintained since its development, in additional to boasting professional, onsite ownership and a property management team. Ongoing renovations are underway, including adding rooftop solar panels with carports.
The highly visible office park is located along the Route 73 corridor, with easy access to Routes 70 and 38, the New Jersey Turnpike and Interstate 295. Nearby, hotels, restaurants, child care offerings, fitness centers and public transportation options enhance the area.
Available spaces at Fellowship Corporate Center range from 2,300 square feet to 18,000 square feet.
According to its website, altogether Nessel Development has eight properties in its portfolio located throughout central and southern New Jersey.
