New Brunswick’s Premiere Residences offers new tenants 10 weeks rent free

Pennrose is helping to alleviate financial stress associated with the COVID-19 crisis with a program that allows residents at Premiere Residences in New Brunswick to live rent free until July 4.

All new residents who sign a 15-month lease at one of the 207 luxury apartments in New Brunswick can live free of charge for up to 10 weeks.

Located at 7 Livingston Ave. in the heart of New Brunswick’s downtown arts district, the new 23-story building – the tallest in the city – is easily walkable to the New Brunswick Train Station. Express Amtrak trains are also available at the station, while nearby highways including the New Jersey Turnpike, Interstate 287, and Routes 18 and 27.
