Pennrose is helping to alleviate financial stress associated with the COVID-19 crisis with a program that allows residents at Premiere Residences in New Brunswick to live rent free until July 4.
All new residents who sign a 15-month lease at one of the 207 luxury apartments in New Brunswick can live free of charge for up to 10 weeks.
Located at 7 Livingston Ave. in the heart of New Brunswick’s downtown arts district, the new 23-story building – the tallest in the city – is easily walkable to the New Brunswick Train Station. Express Amtrak trains are also available at the station, while nearby highways including the New Jersey Turnpike, Interstate 287, and Routes 18 and 27.
“While the current conditions have created a level of uneasiness and uncertainty for many people, we’re still seeing a large pool of prospects who want to move forward with upgrading to a brand new, amenity-rich building and enhancing their lifestyle,” said Jacqueline Urgo, president of The Marketing Directors, exclusive marketing and leasing agent for Premiere Residences. “This program helps to offset some of those uncertainties by removing a piece of the financial commitment over the next couple of months.”
Prospective renters can learn more about the new program, as well as schedule a fully-immersive virtual tour of the property’s homes and modern amenities, by visiting www.rentpremiere.com or calling (732) 365-4936.
Pennrose will donate $25 to Feeding America on behalf of anyone who takes a virtual tour by May 15 with a Premiere leasing agent.
