New Jersey Resources announces pair of executive promotions

New Jersey Resources (NJR) recently announced the promotions of Jacqueline Shea and Stephen Skrocki, effective Jan. 1, 2023.

Shea, who joined NJR in 2016, has been promoted to senior vice president and chief information officer.

With more than three decades experience in the IT industry, Shea leads the company’s digital transformation strategy and is responsible for overseeing the modernization of NJR’s digital business applications and IT infrastructure. She also leads the investment, planning and management of the company’s IT portfolio.

Skrocki, who joined the company in 2017 and is currently corporate controller, was named principal accounting officer and a member of NJR’s leadership team. He is responsible for NJR’s accounting functions.

In a Dec. 23 press release, Steve Westhoven, president and CEO of Wall-based NJR, lauded the pair.

“Jackie and Stephen are valued members of our team and continue to distinguish themselves with sound leadership, proven expertise and a commitment to excellence,” said Westhoven. “I am confident they will continue to excel in their leadership roles and support the continued growth and performance of our company.”
