New retailers join the lineup at Jersey Shore Premium Outlets

Jersey Shore Premium Outlets is adding five new retailers to its lineup.

According to a spokesperson for the Simon Property Group-owned outdoor shopping center in Tinton Falls, the following openings are slated for spring and summer:

• Windsor Fashion – Known for its affordable special occasion wear and women’s apparel, the retailer is now open near the Gap Factory Store.
• Lovisa – A fashion-forward jewelry and accessories brand scheduled to open in mid-April.
• Under Armour Factory House – The brand known for engineering quality workout gear for athletes is relocating in May to a new, larger space.
• VellaPais – A luxury men’s shoe brand set to open in May.
• Spencer’s – The Egg Harbor Township-headquartered gift and novelty retailer will open in July.

The additions are part of an ongoing push to bring a wider variety of staple brands to Monmouth County, according to Michele Baboomian, director of marketing and business development at Jersey Shore Premium Outlets.

“Simon’s leasing activity remains strong in 2023, and we continue to see demand for space from new and exciting national retailers. People love to touch, feel and try on products before they buy them and our new retailers provide locals and visitors alike a wider selection of recognizable and ‘new-to-me’ brands to experience,” said Baboomian.

The new shops join a portfolio of more than 120 retailers, including: Coach, J.Crew Factory Store, Kate Spade New York, Lacoste, Michael Kors Outlet, Champion, Adidas, Calvin Klein, Ann Taylor Factory Store, Banana Republic Factory, OskKosh B’Gosh, Brooks Brothers Factory Store, Gap Factory, Levi’s Outlet Store, Nike Factory Store, Marc Jacobs, The Children’s Place, Ugg and Tommy Hilfiger.
