Newmark Associates adds executive VP

Cedar Knolls-based commercial brokerage firm Newmark Associates Inc. announced Friday that it has welcomed a former Fortune 500 banking president, Maryalice Raushi, to its sales team as executive vice president and sales associate.Prior to Newmark, Raushi was the president and director of a $20 billion bank owned by a Fortune 500 company and has held senior-level positions at PNC Bank, Mellon Bank, Bank of America and Wells Fargo, among others.

She has 25 years of experience in banking, property management and real estate, which will help her expand Newmark’s reach in the corporate real estate market.
