Newmark said Aug. 2 it was hired as the exclusive leasing agent for 80 Park Plaza in Newark, a 973,000-square-foot, Class A office property owned by Nightingale Properties and Glick Family Investments.
Newmark’s Executive Managing Director Jeff Schotz, Senior Managing Director Leo Paytas and Associate Peter Kasparian will manage the leasing and marketing of the asset on behalf of ownership. The Newmark team is currently marketing 130,000 square feet of available space spanning the 21st through 25th floors.
