NGKF negotiates Hackensack HQ expansion for law firm

Pashman Stein P.C., a New Jersey-based commercial litigation firm, is relocating and expanding its headquarters at the Court Plaza in Hackensack, according to its commercial real estate adviser, Newmark Grubb Knight Frank.Pashman Stein is nearly doubling in size, signing on for 24,367 square feet for another 16.5 years, according to an NGKF news release. The firm has been at the location for nearly 12 years.

NGKF Vice Chairman David Simson and Managing Director Hope Brodsky represented Pashman Stein in the negotiations. Financial terms were not disclosed.

“We’ve secured a larger and more suitable space for Pashman Stein’s recent and anticipated growth,” Brodsky said.

Simson said, “We are delighted to facilitate this ongoing relationship with the landlord and tenant, and create a new vision for the years to come on behalf of the attorneys at Pashman Stein.”

Vice President Jerry Barta of Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, which is the landlord of Court Plaza, is handling leasing for the three-building, 335,000-square-foot, Class A office complex.
