Gregory Panayoti, vice president of Paramus-based NIA National Realty, has negotiated 8,200 square-foot of retail leases in two separate transactions in Paramus and Elmwood Park.
At 556 Route 17, Paramus, Panayoti leased 2,200 square-foot of space to Australian-based fitness company F45 Training, a rapidly growing company that actor Mark Wahlberg was recently named an investor. The property is located within the Sprout Brook Center which is on the Route 17 North corridor. Anchor tenants include the Vitamin Shoppe and Jenny Craig.
In Elmwood Park, Panayoti announced the successful leasing of 6,000 square-foot at 15 Wallace Street to Empire Fitness. The flex building property, formerly Whitney Houston’s recording studio, includes high ceilings, a refurbished interior and ample parking. Empire Fitness is now open for business and offers multiple fitness class times and various programs including CrossFit, Olympic lifting, yoga and personal training.
