NJBIZ Conversations: Deborah Visconi

While that number is impressive, the number of accolades the Paramus facility receives – for quality of care and commitment to social responsibility – is even more important. Most recently, Bergen New Bridge received three 2023 Healthcare Heroes awards from NJBIZ.
One of those recipients was Deborah Visconi, the medical center’s CEO. She followed that up by being named as one of 84 honorees by Crain’s New York Business in the publication’s list of Notable Leaders in Health Care. And that was just in May. Visconi regularly garners recognition for her leadership of the institution.
In this edition of NJBIZ Conversations, Visconi talks about how her background shapes her leadership style, the strategies she employs to meet the myriad challenges facing the health care industry and how Bergen New Bridge reaches vulnerable members of its community.
