A lot of people are looking for work right now, with unemployment still at historically high levels and Erich Radlmann wants to help. Radlmann, managing partner at Spherion Staffing Services, and his firm are holding a free virtual job fair on Jan. 27 to connect job seekers with recruiters and give them advice about how to make themselves more marketable. In the latest edition of NJBIZ Conversations, Editor Jeff Kanige spoke with Radlmann about the fair, the future of office work and where the bright spots are in hiring right now. “We really saw a big dip until about September of last year and then it kind of came back with with a vengeance,” he said of the market. “A lot of jobs, right now, are strong within health care, biotech, e-commerce.
