Chances are, you’re working at home right now. And have been for some time. As design director at DMR Architects, Kurt Vierheilig knows what you need to be productive, even if you don’t.
In the latest edition of NJBIZ Conversations, Vierheilig tells Editor Jeff Kanige how his firm, where he is also a partner, designs residences that feel like home, but also allow occupants to conduct business and stay connected to their jobs. “As designers, we want to make the spaces as functional as possible and even multi-functional within a unit—coming up with creative solutions that allow you to have a one-bedroom apartment and still be able to have that kind of that work-at-home space,” Vierheilig said.
To hear how he and his team go about doing that, watch the full interview here.
