As an indoor recreation business, Stumpy’s Hatchet House was ordered to close its New Jersey locations in mid-March. Outlets in other states soon followed suit, including a new facility in Erie, Pa. that was open for all of one day before being forced to shut its doors. Early in July, the New Jersey locations were allowed to reopen and co-owner Stuart Josberger talks about that process with Editor Jeff Kanige in the latest iteration of NJBIZ Conversations.
“We’re up and running, it’s been a little slow–summertime is not a super, super busy time anyway,” he says. “We kind of changed the way we do things a little bit to accommodate the current situation … not that we had any choice really.” Watch the entire interview here.
