The pandemic is over. Right? Many – most? – New Jerseyans seem to think so. Residents are still getting COVID-19, but certainly the worst danger has long since passed. Or so we’d like to think.
In fact, the pandemic was a traumatic event for a wide swath of the state’s population and recovery from trauma can be slow and difficult. In this edition of NJBIZ Conversations, Chalakani talks about the problems she and her staff are still seeing even as the pandemic fades, what businesses can do to ensure the wellbeing of their employees and what’s ahead for the company in 2023.
