New Jersey has many terrific places to work, but only the very finest can be named The Best Places to Work in New Jersey. And on Thursday night, before a capacity crowd of more than 800 people at the Hilton East Brunswick, NJBIZ revealed the 2015 ranking!The 2015 Best Places to Work in New Jersey Awards recognize the companies in the Garden State that show a sincere dedication to their employees’ personal lives and professional growth. In short, it is a celebration of great jobs and the employers who provide them.
By utilizing information from employee and employer surveys and analyzing company policies, practices, philosophies and demographics, NJBIZ was able to determine the Top 100 firms in the state. They were then divided into two lists based on company size, with 35 large companies with more than 250 employees and 65 small and medium-size companies with 15 to 249 employees.
Thursday night, the rankings, from No. 65 to No. 1, and No. 35 to No. 1, were revealed.
