The founder of Circle Squared Alternative Investments never stops. Developers from all over the state reach out to Sica’s outfit when looking for equity partners. Along with playing matchmaker, Sica helps developers bridge commercial and bank loans to private equity to get things built—anything from hotels to medical office buildings to multi-family buildings.

Sica, through Circle Squared Alternative Investments, often collaborates with The Hampshire Cos. and the Pinnacle Cos. In another joint venture with the Hampshire Cos. and Claremont, Sica was behind the $400 million New Jersey City University West Campus Master Plan and spearheaded the development of Rivet in Jersey City which opened with 163 market rate apartments and 10,000 square feet of retail on the West Campus of NJCU.

A commentator on traditional and alternative investing, personal finance and economic topics in general, Sica is a regular guest on FOX Business, and is often sought by other broadcast, online and print media outlets for his insights on a wide range of issues.
