Normandy Real Estate Partners picks leasing agent for Parsippany complex

Cassidy Turley was named the exclusive leasing agent for two Parsippany buildings, it announced Monday.The class A complex at 99 and 119 Cherry Hill Road is owned by Normandy Real Estate Partners, Cassidy Turley said in a news release. Cassidy Turley currently provides leasing services for five Normandy properties in New Jersey, totaling approximately 1 million square feet.

“The Cassidy Turley team has proven time and again their depth of market and industry knowledge and demonstrated an ability to outperform the marketplace and transact leases, which is why we have retained them for this important assignment,” Paul Teti, principal of Morristown-based Normandy, said in the release.

The team handling the leasing will be Raymond Trevisan, managing principal, William O’Keefe, senior vice president, and Kelsey Nakamura, associate.
