Switkes – NORRIS MCLAUGHLIN
In a statement on his hiring, Switkes said: “Not only am I benefiting from having access to the kind of business platform and infrastructure that I need to grow my practice, but my clients will benefit from the opportunity to take advantage of the broader range of high-quality legal services that Norris McLaughlin offers, and they can do so without an interruption in value.”
He joins the firm from McManimon, Scotland & Baumann LLC in Roseland, according to his LinkedIn, and prior to that spent eight years at Trenk, DiPasquale, Della Fera & Sodono PC.
Norris McLaughlin Chairman John Vanarthos said in a statement on the hiring that bringing on Switkes, as well as Jeff Cassin, a partner in New York, are critical components of the firm’s strategy for emerging from the pandemic in a position of strength.
Switkes currently serves as the vice chair of the lawyers advisory committee for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, District of New Jersey, which serves as a two-way conduit between the bankruptcy bar and the Board of Bankruptcy Judges.
