Ports America on Tuesday said it appointed Peter Levesque as its new president. Levesque will join the largest marine terminal operator and stevedore in North America in February 2020 and will report to Mark Montgomery, who will continue in the role of chief executive officer.
Levesque brings more than 30 years of maritime industry experience to his role. Since 2016, he worked for Modern Terminals Limited in Hong Kong as group managing director and CEO. During his nine-year tenure there, Levesque led the company through a successful Public Private Partnership in Hong Kong.
