Carlson represents management in employment litigation matters, in particular focusing on claims of wrongful discharge, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour violations, whistle-blowing, and the enforcement of restrictive covenants. He also handles traditional labor matters and counsels employers on compliance issues and litigation avoidance. Carlson joined NFC in March 2016 from Jackson Lewis PC in Morristown.
Lipari represents employers of all sizes in litigation related to discrimination, whistleblowing, wage and hour, restrictive covenants and benefits/leave actions under federal and state employment statutes. He joined NFC in April 2018 from a role as director of employee relations as UBS AG bank.
Manne has spent the last decade counseling employers on a wide range of issues since joining NFC in 2008. She drafts and advises employer policies, handbooks, employment agreements, restrictive covenants and separation agreements. She also leads the firm’s employment law training practice, training supervisors, human resources personnel and employees on a variety of topics, including preventing harassment and discrimination, disability compliance, unconscious bias and more.
