Onyx Equities said March 8 that its multi-million dollar renovation project to reposition 4 & 6 Campus Drive, two office properties totaling approximately 300,000 square feet in Parsippany, has officially begun.
“We are strong believers in the power of investing in suburban office properties,” said Adam Karafiol, senior vice president of Leasing at Onyx Equities in a prepared statement. “We are thrilled to have started our capital improvements at 4 & 6 Campus Drive and are excited to welcome tenants back to the workplace of the future.”
Cushman & Wakefield’s David DeMatteis, Mark Zaziski, Ben Brenner, Kelsey Nakamura and Raymond Trevisan act as the exclusive leasing agents of the properties.
4 & 6 Campus Drive are two three-story office properties featuring 147,475 square feet and 148,291 square feet, respectively. Onyx Equities is investing significant capital into renovating the lobbies and building exteriors and expanding amenity options, which will allow tenants additional space to meet, work or relax. Specifically, renovations will include a brand new state-of-the-art conference center, new cafeteria and a significant upgrade to the outdoor space, which will provide tenants additional options to both eat and work.
“Onyx Equities has a strong reputation for investing in properties upfront to improve the tenant experience,” said David DeMatteis. “We are ecstatic to continue our longstanding relationship with Onyx and are confident that these renovations will be highly regarded and greatly appreciated by tenants.”
Onyx Equities acquired 4 & 6 Campus Drive in 2020. The buildings feature availabilities ranging from 2,000 square feet to 50,000 square feet and are located in The Arbors @ Parsippany office park. Tenants can utilize the amenities located throughout the campus, including new fitness centers, a golf simulator, game room, conference centers, training rooms and cafeteria.
4 & 6 Campus Drive are located near Routes 10, 202 and 53 and Interstates 287 and 80. The properties are surrounded by a plethora of amenities, including a restaurant, fast-food, hotel and retail options.
