4 & 6 Campus Drive are two three-story office properties featuring 147,475 square feet and 148,291 square feet, respectively. Onyx Equities is investing significant capital into renovating the lobbies and building exteriors and expanding amenity options, which will allow tenants additional space to meet, work or relax. Specifically, renovations will include a brand new state-of-the-art conference center, new cafeteria and a significant upgrade to the outdoor space, which will provide tenants additional options to both eat and work.
“Onyx Equities has a strong reputation for investing in properties upfront to improve the tenant experience,” said David DeMatteis. “We are ecstatic to continue our longstanding relationship with Onyx and are confident that these renovations will be highly regarded and greatly appreciated by tenants.”
Onyx Equities acquired 4 & 6 Campus Drive in 2020. The buildings feature availabilities ranging from 2,000 square feet to 50,000 square feet and are located in The Arbors @ Parsippany office park. Tenants can utilize the amenities located throughout the campus, including new fitness centers, a golf simulator, game room, conference centers, training rooms and cafeteria.
4 & 6 Campus Drive are located near Routes 10, 202 and 53 and Interstates 287 and 80. The properties are surrounded by a plethora of amenities, including a restaurant, fast-food, hotel and retail options.
