The Optimum store is joining the tenant roster at Somerset Shopping Center in Bridgewater, Levin Management Corp. announced on Nov. 22.
Located at the junction of Route 202/206 and Route 28 at the Somerville Circle, the transaction for the 1,100-square-foot store marks the introduction of a new tenant category at the 219,000-square-foot retail property.
Current tenants include Christmas Tree Shops, Eastern Mountain Sports, The Gap, Norman’s Hallmark, Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa, Barnes & Noble, restaurants and more.
LMC Senior Leasing Representative Vanessa Fernandez-Kelly arranged the lease while RIPCO Real Estate’s Jake Frantzman represented the tenant.
“Optimum is a terrific add for Somerset Shopping Center, bringing in a new type of service to benefit area consumers,” said Fernandez-Kelty. “Securing this lease is a great example of our team’s focus on filling spaces at the properties we represent with the right tenants – not just any tenants. We always look for brands that add to a retail center’s dynamic and appeal for shoppers.”
According to LMC, with about 72,000 vehicles passing the property daily, Somerset Shopping Center serves a growing population of 121,000 with an average household income of $140,000 within a 5-mile radius.
Additional space availabilities at Somerset Shopping Center range from 3,400 square feet to 22,000 square feet, LMC said.
