Paper goods supplier leases industrial building in Carlstadt

A paper goods supplier has leased an industrial building in Carlstadt, NAI James E. Hanson announced Wednesday.NAI Hanson brokered the 36,652-square-foot, full building lease on behalf of Premier Packaging Products Inc. for an undisclosed price.

Jeff DeMagistris and Tom Vetter of NAI Hanson represented the owner, Sitex Group, in the transaction. Jeff Chaus of Chaus Realty represented the tenant.

The property, according to NAI Hanson, “is the ideal location for the paper good company to relocate their warehouse operations.”

“Companies continue to migrate to northern New Jersey from New York due to competitive leasing rates and terms and its excellent location and access to major roadways and transportation,” DeMagistris said in a prepared statement. “Northern New Jersey offers a variety of space solutions for industrial users coming from New York and looking to lower their lease rates while still having access to major area roadways. Sitex’s ability to ensure 482 Barell Ave.’s availability for immediate occupancy was also attractive to the tenant, allowing their relocation process to be expedited.”

482 Barell Ave. is located a block off Washington Avenue and is approximately eight miles from New York City.
