Paramount Realty Services announces multiple lease transactions in N.J.

Lakewood-based Paramount Realty Services Inc. announced Tuesday multiple lease transactions in New Jersey during its first quarter of 2014.According to the announcement, the company negotiated three leases at the Shore Plaza located on Route 70 in Lakewood.  Ace Medical leased 1,500 square feet, Jimmy John’s leased 1,500 square feet and Dunkin Donuts leased 1,400 square feet.

An Ethan Allan leased a 10,000-square-foot space at Marlton Square, one of Paramount’s lifestyle centers.  The property is located on Route 73 South in Marlton.

Pronto signed a 3,400-square-foot lease at Village at Cambridge Crossing in Mount Laurel.

Paramount negotiated a 1,800-square-foot lease with Starbucks for a pad at the Tri-City Plaza in Toms River.  Pet Valu, which signed at 4,700-square-foot lease, will be coming to the location soon.

Ocean Fitness Equipment signed a 2,000-square-foot lease at the Town Hall Shoppes, located on Cedar Bridge Road in Brick.  Maxx Fitness signed a  3,000-square-foot space as well.

STS signed a 5,600-square-foot lease at Paramount’s Marketplace at Chews Landing center in Gloucester Township.

Zounds signed at 1,360-square-foot first floor lease at the Leisure Center in Lakewood, where Paramount’s headquarters are located.
