Bakery café chain Paris Baguette is continuing to add new locations across New Jersey as part of a nationwide expansion.
The South Korean company, which has its U.S. headquarters in Moonachie, recently opened its newest eatery in Red Bank, at 128 Broad St., and expects to launch spots soon in Paramus, Montvale and West New York, according to its website.
Established in 1986, Paris Baguette has nearly 4,000 units worldwide. It first arrived in the U.S. two decades after its founding and has since launched 120 locations across the country.

The fast casual chain offers a variety of daily baked goods, including cakes, breads, croissants and doughnuts, along with coffee, salads and sandwiches. Unlike many bakery concepts, which have shifted to pre-made items, Paris Baguette’s point of pride is that its products are produced in the café daily.
After seeing significant growth in 2022, with more than two dozen locations added across the U.S., Paris Baguette aims to open least 80 new stores and sign 160 franchise agreements over the next 12 months.
Within New Jersey, Paris Baguette’s other locations include Fort Lee, Hackensack, Livingston, Northvale, Edison, Palisades Park, Bound Brook and Ridgefield.
Paris Baguette was recently named No. 118 on Entrepreneur Magazine’s top 500 fastest-growing franchises. It was also ranked as the top franchise in the baked goods/bakery café category.
Paris Baguette Chief Executive Officer Darren Tipton said the recognition “reinforces that we’re the concept that will re-establish the local bakery café in communities across the United States filling a neighborhood void.”
“Over this past year, we made a commitment to rolling out a new brand experience at every touchpoint in our customer journey and the response has exceeded our expectations, and those of our franchise partners,” Tipton said.
