Peapack-Gladstone Bank announces new hires

Bedminster-based Peapack-Gladstone Financial Corp. announced several new executive additions to its firm.

Jay D’Auria joins Peapack-Gladstone Bank as vice president, director of Treasury Management. Jeffrey Keating has joined as a managing director, trust officer for Peapack Private, the wealth management division of the bank, and Anthony Mattaliano joins Peapack Capital, a subsidiary of Peapack-Gladstone Bank, as vice president, senior credit underwriter.

D’Auria will be responsible for overseeing the treasury management product suite, including the development and implementation of cash and escrow management services to meet clients’ treasury management requirements while ensuring superior service levels.

Keating will be responsible for providing a wide range of high level advice and superior service to high-net-worth individuals and families through custom-created strategies and solutions, and Mattaliano will be responsible for the evaluation and due diligence of new and existing equipment finance and leasing clients and preparation of loan proposals.
